Project Title: CRM Setup and Marketing Automation for a Small Tech Company.

Objectives: To gain hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM tools including contact management, marketing campaigns, email automation, deal pipelines, and reporting.

Step 1.

I, Created a fictional company I manage in HubSpot.
company services include: Cybersecurity Consulting
Network Security Audits
Cloud Security Setup
Security Awareness Training

Step 2:
Set Up HubSpot CRM: these include company information(Company name, Website, Industry and Number of employees.

Step3:

Create a Deal Pipeline: Set up a sales pipeline with stages such as:
Lead generated, Contacted, Meeting scheduled, Proposal sent, Negotiation, Closed Won / Closed Lost.

Add 5 deals with different values.
Deal Value
Network Security Audit($5,000), Cloud Security Setup($8,000), Security Awareness Training($3,000).

Step4:

Create a Marketing Email
Use HubSpot Marketing Email Tool to Create a campaign email:
Subject: Protect Your Business from Cyber Threats.
Content idea:
Introduce your cybersecurity services Offer Free Security Assessment
Include a Call-to-Action button. Thereafter, one of the contact was mailed.

Step5:

Create a Landing Page: Create a landing page for the campaign.
Title: Free Cybersecurity Risk Assessment
Include:(Contact form, Name, Email, Company and Phone number)

This was aimed to helps capture new leads automatically into HubSpot CRM.

Step6:

Build a Simple Automation Workflow, Create a workflow:
Trigger: When someone submits the form

Actions:
Send thank-you email

  1. I used to think Hubspot was a Mighty tool that can’t be explored.
    But, this Project taught me it’s just a CRM tool that has a lot of benefits. An All-in-One Tool actually and I Love Itttt!!😍

  2. Thank you, Sir, for this wonderful and challenging HubSpot project.

    Although the project came at a difficult time because of my work schedule, I was determined to complete it. I work on weekends and even worked during the Easter period, but I stayed up late to finish Projects 4B and 4C.

    Despite the challenge, I am happy and proud that I was able to complete the project successfully. It was a valuable learning experience💃💃.
