Apollo.io + Slack Hands-On Project
This project is designed to help you improve your practical knowledge of lead generation with Apollo.io, collaboration using Slack, and file organization using Google Drive.
Follow the instructions carefully and complete all required deliverables.
PART 1 — Lead Generation Tasks (Apollo.io)
Using Apollo.io, generate at least 20 qualified leads for each of the categories below:
Teachers located in South Africa
Truckers in New York (USA)
Engineers working at the Dangote Group of Companies (Nigeria)
Accountants working at Access Bank (Nigeria)
People whose name includes “Michael”, who are Directors, and located in the United Kingdom
Instructions
Use the Apollo filters such as:
Job title, Location, Seniority, Company, Department, Keywords, Industry, etc.
Ensure leads are accurate and relevant.
Export each list as a CSV file.
Each of the five lead categories must be exported as a separate CSV file.
PART 2 — Folder & File Organization (Google Drive)
Create a folder structure in Google Drive that looks like this:

Upload each exported CSV into the appropriate folder.
Make sure the naming format is clear.
Example: teachers-south-africa-leads.csv
PART 3 — Slack Collaboration Setup
You will be working inside your company’s Slack workspace.
Your task is to:
Create Slack Channels:

- freztravz@gmail.com
- susanbagby@gmail.com
- Your own Slack email/account
Upload the Lead CSV Files to your Google Drive Folder
Each company will receive one specific CSV file.
You must upload:
Slovlza EU Group => Teachers in South Africa
CloudMita Technologies => Truckers in New York
Cyntex Beauty Spa => Dangote Engineers
Dragnet Experts LTD => Access Bank Accountants
Take Screenshots for Evidence
Take screenshots showing:
The Slack channel list
Each channel with the added members
Each channel showing the CSV file uploaded
Put all screenshots in a Google Drive folder named:

PART 4 — Write a Google Doc
Create a well-written Google Doc titled:
“Features I Love About Apollo.io and Slack”
